I know this is an 80 series thread but is most relevant to the issue i am having with my 100 series 2003. The sun roof is jammed and will not open any more than one or two inches. We are sure it is the jam protector as it bumped against me. If you have a map light or consul box you will need to remove that box to get the headliner to pull down far enough.
