2004 tahoe door key lock not working.

Have to manually unlock door from inside. The door locks on my 1999 tahoe stopped working and i checked the fuse which was fine. It only happens to back doors and whenever it is hot outside in phx is all the time. I checked fuses in the interior fuse box and all fuses dealing with door lock are not working but not blown.

The problem turned out to be that the fuse for my cigarette lighter was bad and for some reason it also must be working in order for the door locks to work. But cannot get the on off on off while holding the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob to work. I replaced the power window mirror door lock switch on my 2009 tahoe. For vehicles equipped with door lock cylinders the door can still be opened using the key. For vehicles with traditional style door lock cylinders and keys a bad power door lock relay will merely disable the power door lock feature. The relay seems to be working for the door locks when i hit the remote but the locks do not respond and the fuse is still good for the door lock. Open the door with the broken or damaged actuator from the inside of the vehicle. When tahoe parked outside depending on what side of vehicle is being hit by the sun the back doors will not unlock with key fob or door lock buttons.
