2012 Dodge Charger Door Lock Problems Wont Open Door

Tried to get my door open cant seem to find a way without doing damage to door pad so it looks like it has to go to dealers.

This is a 2019 charger but happens on 2012 and up chargers. My only other comment is my 99 dodge ram diesel never had a warranty repair in the 14 years i owned it. I can lock unlock the car with the buttons on the key fob but the buttons on the door handles don t lock it and grabbing the door handles doesn t unlock the car. The lock switch was defective causing my door to continually lock.
