Problem was a seal under the windshield. This bulletin involves inspecting the rear of the 2009 2011 jeep liberty headliner for indications of water leaks this involves vehicle built before oct. Need person above dealer. Water came through the vent opening below the windshield.

In a heavy rain i d get an inch of water on the floor on the driver s side which flowed into the rear floorboard on the left side. I had a 2008 liberty. Rear headliner trim panel location. It was not that water was getting under the trunk weatherstripping but rather leaking from cracks seams in the roof in the area where the roof rack attaches.

Had a very heavy rain resulting in a 2 pond on the floor. It has been brought back to the dealership twice under warranty for water coming in through the dome lights. Both rear attachment points and the front drivers side attachment point. Average repair cost is 100 at 37 500 miles.
